I SANDEEP AGARWAL FROM HYDERABAD 29 YEARS , MARRIED AND HAVING KIDS,HEALING FROM REPUTED BUSINESS FAMILY,
I AM DEAF BOTH EARS ABOUT 50% FROM CHILD HOOD.
I BEING FROM CROREPATI FAMILY, NO ONE IN MY FAMILY TAKES CARE OF ME, I OFTEN HAVE TO BEG FOR LIVELYHOOD FROM MY FATHER, AS MY MOTHER EXPIRED 4 YEARS BACK.
I HAVE ONE BROTHER, MY FATHER AND MY BROTHER LIVES TOGEATHER IN A BANGLOW AND I LIVES SAPERATELY IN A APARTMENT. DUE TO HARD OF HEARING, IAM UNABLE TO DO ANY BUSINESS, MY DAD BEING A BUSINESSMAN, HAS COMPLETELY GIVEN ALL BUSINESS RIGHTS TO MY BROTHER.
WHEN I ASKED MY DAD IF ALL THE BUSINESS GIVEN TO BROTHER THAN WHAT SHOULD I DO FOR LIVELYHOOD, HE REFUSED TO HEAR ME AND SAID DO AS YOU LIKE, I REQUESTED FOR THE MAINTAINCE, AND LIVING EXPENSES HE REFUSED AND SAID I HAVE TO DO IT ON MY OWN. I EVEN ATTEMPT TO SUSIDE OVER THIS ISSUE BUT IN VAIN.
WHEN THE LAW SAYS THAT AGED PARENTS HAVE RIGHT TO SEEK MAINTAINCE FROM THEIR CHILDRENS THAN WHY CANNOT DISABLED PEOPLE HAVE RIGHT TO SEEK MAINTAINCE AND SHARE IN PROPERTY FROM THEIR PARENTS? OFTEN DISABLED PEOPLES HAVE TO SUFFER MORE FROM THEIR OWN FAMILIES BECAUSE OF BURDEN .
I WANT TO FILE SUIT IN COURT, PLEASE HELP ME I WANT JUSTICE, IS THERE ANY LAW THAT HELP ME IN THIS MATTER? PLEASE CALL ME AT 9908851111

the state public service commission do not give reservation or preference in group A/B posts. did any body know about the g.o 16-25/99.NI.I dated 31.5.2001stating the list of posts for disability persons

Respected Sir,
With due regards I smt Tanushree Dey W/o Uttam Kr. Day inform to you that my Physical Handicapped now working at AEN (3) office as a clerkII Eastern Railway.
Sir, he was appeal for transfer from Asansol Division to Sealdah Division on 12/05/2006 &2nd Remainder on 07/05/2007 3rd Remainder on 05/02/2008.But he could not join at Sealdah Division till now.(Encl Xerox Copy Dy.CPO(NG)letter& Sr.DPO letter & now we are not communicate for this case now.
Sir, my only one 3yrs aged daughter suffering from cerebral palsy & she is going to Dr.B.C Roy polio Hospital Kolkata.and now I am lived alone with widow sick mother in-law
Disability child at my interior village.
Sir Railway administration received no objection certificate from my husband for bottom seniority my question from ministry of social justice my husband will not get any exempt for seniority as a disability Govt Employee.
So I therefore requested to you consider our case sympathetically &necessary order &spare to Sealdah Division as early as possible an posting at DIVISIONAL RAILWAY MANAGER OFFICE OR ANY BR. OFFICE at Sealdah in EasternRailway

Committee Chairman offer Valve Man & My husband Joined on 26/07/2007 & performed duty continue because if will not join the above post payment will be stopped.
That sir , my husband appeal for physical Handicapped certificate to GOVT .HOSPITAL/ASANSOL & Honarable Chief Medical Officer Issue P.H Certificate In favour Of my husband.
Under the above Circumstances I would requested your honour to kindly look into the matter sympathetically and pass order for permanent posting with suitable post as per instruction of Govt.of India disability rule as early as possible
So I am requesting for your begin self to consider our case and oblige.

My name is wilson.from KERALA, 8 years back i had chickenpox&nimonia and become unconcious for 7 days.after that incident my speach has gone & little difecalty to have food. ie,chewing foods.but,i can hear 100% and can understand sevaral treatments has done lots of money spend but ,no use.now i am 30 years age.
Before this incident i had completed dip[oma in electronics,after this incident i studied opperation of JCB.i know driving .know i am studing computer TALLY.
DEAR SIR PLEASE GIVE ANY SUITABLE JOB TO EARN MONEY AND SAVE MY FAMILLY .

With regard to promotion related Circular, there having a Central Government Circular about transfer matters and it discribes that " EVEN ON PROMOTION DISABLED PERSON MAY BE EXEMPTED FROM PERIODICAL TRANSFER".
